Grolsch offers support and hope to artists and locked down horeca
As soon as it became apparent the horeca would take the blunt of the lockdown, Grolsch immediately sprung into action. Within a week after the press conference we developed the #GrolschLiveSessions: a unique series of livestream concerts. A positive and hopeful signal, which got actively shared by media, artists and consumers on a small media budget.
Results
Besides hope the sessions also offered support to the #helpdehoreca campaign: Grolsch sold 82.000 vouchers, with a total value of €3.7000.000,-. Grolsch even was the only brand that got associated with #helpthehoreca. The live sessions generated a total media value of €701.000 and a total of almost 105 million earned media impressions.
